90-Day Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry.
What’s covered
For 90 days after delivery, we’ll repair or replace an item if it has a defect in its original construction, setting, or pendant attachment under normal use. If we can’t repair or replace it, we’ll refund the item’s purchase price.
What isn’t covered
This warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents, drops, misuse, harsh chemicals, normal wear, loss, or unauthorized repairs. Natural jade may vary in color, pattern, and inclusions; those natural variations aren’t defects.
How to start a claim
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it. This warranty doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
