Refunds & Returns
Please review this policy before placing an order.
Return requests
Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging and included items. Please contact us for return instructions before mailing anything back.
Restocking fee & return shipping
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the item price, deducted from the refund. For a $225 pendant, that fee is $33.75. The customer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
The restocking fee does not apply if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Natural jade varies in color, pattern, and inclusions. These natural variations, when consistent with the product description and photos, are not defects. Craftsmanship claims are handled under our 90-Day Limited Craftsmanship Warranty.
